To secure the booking: Send the deposit amount or the
full rental by post or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable
to 'ORANGEBEACH PROPERTIES'.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD payment: We accept payment by credit
or debit card for most of our rental properties. Please tick this
option on the Rental enquiry form if you prefer this method of
payment.
Price: You will be advised of the total rental cost for
the number of nights you require. We will also advise you about
additional costs such as a final clean, Spanish Tax and a refundable
inventory deposit where applicable.
Booking deposit: We will confirm the deposit required
to secure the booking - our standard terms are 40% of the full
rental due.
Booking confirmation: Initial confirmation is sent to
advise you that the property is being kept available for you to
book. The property is normally on hold for up to 3 days to give
you time to send the deposit. On receipt of the deposit, final
e-mail confirmation will be sent.
Alternative accommodation: If the property you enquire
about is not available we will offer alternatives.
Directions: Full directions including a map and contact
details are sent by e-mail on receipt of the deposit or balance
payment (as applicable). Contact details usually include an emergency
or mobile phone number for the Owner or Owner's Representative
and the address where the keys can be collected.
Your flight details: At the time of booking we will need
your flight details - airline, flight numbers and times of arrival
and departure. This is important in arranging for key collection.
The Owner or Owner's Representative will need to be advised of
your expected arrival time.
Payment: Payment can be made in Euros or GB Pounds, by
cheque or Bank Transfer (ask us for our account details if you
intend to pay by Bank Transfer) and also by credit or debit card
for most of our rental properties.
You will be asked to pay in one of the following ways:
a) the full rental plus any extras agreed where the departure
date is within 8 weeks of booking or
b) the deposit at the time of booking and the balance 8 weeks
prior to departure or
c) the deposit at the time of booking and the balance on arrival
to the owner/local representative
Please make cheques payable to 'ORANGEBEACH PROPERTIES'
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT: You will be sent an email with
details about how to make the payment, either online or by telephone,
depending on the Rental property you want to book.
Late Bookings: Allow a minimum of 4 working days for us
to make the booking. When a late booking is taken the choice of
accommodation may be limited and you will be asked to make payment
in full at the time of booking by credit or debit card.
Our commitment to you: Every effort is made to check availability
as quickly as possible and to give you an excellent choice of
holiday accommodation at the best prices.

to all bookings and it is your reponsibility to read them when
a booking is made. We advise you to print a copy to take with
you on your holiday.
