We offer 2 kinds of viewing options:

1 : Try-before-you-buy
We book your stay in the property you are interested in purchasing - minimum stay of 4 days – and the full viewing cost is refunded on completion of the purchase of your property. Our resident Spanish representative (English speaking) will show you around any other properties you may wish to view and answer any general questions.

By making the viewing trip more like a holiday, you have ample opportunity to find out if you really like the property and the surrounding area. You will have plenty of time to enjoy your stay as well as assessing it's potential as your dream home or investment opportunity. There will be time to find out about the local services and amenities, do some shopping, have a few meals and generally soak up the atmosphere!

Note: Some properties may not be available or suitable to stay in, eg a property where the owners are in residence or a renovation property.

2 : Standard viewing
You make your own travel and accommodation arrangements. We make the arrangements regarding the viewing(s). Our resident Spanish representative (English speaking) will show you around and answer any general questions.
Allow 2-3 hours for each viewing, you will usually spend approx 1 hour at the property depending on the size. You will need to allow travel time to and from the property.The following services are also available:
We will arrange for you to be collected from your accommodation and taken to and from each property you are viewing.

An ORANGEBEACH PROPERTIES English representative will accompany you on the viewings and answer any general questions regarding properties. The ORANGEBEACH PROPERTIES English representative will liaise with the Spanish representative/owner on your behalf if you wish.
