Advertising made easy with our Production and Publication Service
When you advertise with us (unlike some sites), we take care of the production and publishing of your advertisment. We also maintain the advertising as per your requirements. This takes all the hard work out of getting your property/properties online.

Site Search - Unique Reference and Database Entry for your property
When you Advertise with ORANGEBEACH, your property is entered into our database making it easy to access from the 'home' page using the 'Site Search' facility.

High visibility - Advertisments appear on 'Listings' and 'More Details' Pages
Your property will appear on the 'Listings' pages with a thumbnail photo, the main points and a brief description with Links going straight to the 'More Details' pages.

The 'More Details' pages provide an excellent spread of photographs and text.
We include up to 8 photographs:

— 3 large photographs, landscape
— 4 small photographs, landscape
— 1 photograph, portrait

Enquiries about your property - we forward all enquiries to you by email

Option 1 — Orangebeach Enquiry Handling Service
All enquiries regarding your property, whether received by phone, email or form mail are taken by us. They are then SENT DIRECTLY TO YOU by email for your attention.

Should you want us to promote your property, ie handle the initial stages of an enquiry, this service is available. (Contact us for more details and cost for this service.)

All enquiries are forwarded to you by email as we receive them using our enquiry forms. (This includes enquiries taken over the phone.)

Option 2* — Enquries Handled by Owners Direct — Your Contact Details Advertised
Your contact details (Telephone/Email Address/Postal Address - as required) are published on Page 1 of the 'more details' pages. Therefore most enquiries GO TO YOU DIRECTLY.

Should any ORANGEBEACH enquiry forms be received by us with regard to your property, these are forwarded to you via your email address.

Agents - Charges for Advertising Property for Sale or Rent

— Cost of Advertising 1 Property - 45 GBP for 12 months
To advertise a single property is 45 GBP (minimum advertising period 12 months). Should you wish to continue advertising for a further 12 months, we only charge a renewal fee of 25 GBP per year.

— Cost of Advertising 2 or more Properties - 35 GBP for 12 months
To advertise 2 or more properties is 35 GBP (minimum advertising period 12 months). Should you wish to continue advertising for a further 12 months, we only charge a renewal fee of 25 GBP per year.

Production and Publishing cost per Property - 25 GBP
Each property has 2 pages with text and up to 8 photographs. Layout as per our template. We use your text and photographs to produce the pages for your Ad.

As soon as we receive your text and photographs your advertisment(s) will be produced and published to the orangebeach.co.uk website, ready for you to check, it's as simple as that!

Private Owners - Charges for Advertising Property for Sale or Rent

ORANGEBEACH Properties Advertising Terms and Conditions

ORANGEBEACH Properties Advertising Terms and Conditions apply to all adverts published on the orangebeach.co.uk website.

The advertising period is charged 12 months from the date that the property is published and appears online.

Information provided by an Agent/Owner sent to us using the Advertising Enquiry Form is treated as confidential. On receipt of an advertising enquiry, a Proforma Invoice is sent by email (PDF).

Acceptance of the Proforma Invoice is taken as confirmation that the Agent/Owner wants to go ahead with the advertisment.

The Proforma Invoice is due for payment prior to publication of the advertisment.

Payment for advertising can be made by sterling cheque, made payable to Orangebeach Properties, or by bank transfer. (Bank details are as stated on our invoices.)

Production and publication of the advertisment(s) goes ahead as soon as payment has been received.

Prior to publication, the Agent/Owner must confirm and approve the text that is to go on the advertisment(s) and send the photographs. Digital images can be sent by email or on a CD or DVD. Preferred image size for digital photographs is around 2592 x 1944 pixels or about 1 to 2 MB (no larger), preferred file format JPG.

On publication to the ORANGEBEACH website, the Agent/Owner is notified by email and sent a link to the 'more details' pages. It is then the Agent's/Owner's responsibility to view the pages to check the property details are correct.

Each Property Advertisment is given a unique Reference Number which makes it easy to find on the website. This Reference Number should be quoted on all correspondence.

NB: It is the Author's responsibilty (ie the Agent/Owner) to check and confirm that the information published is correct. ORANGEBEACH Properties can not be held responsible for the validity of the information published (ie It is the Agent/Owner to make sure the information given to us is correct at the time of publicatin). Should the Author request amendments to the information published, we will make the corrections as soon as possible, however this may incur a charge.

Properties that are removed and then re-advertised will be subject to the charges as above.

Agents or Private Owners advertising on ORANGEBEACH Properties through our Property Advertising Service are responsible for responding to all enquiries received through the ORANGEBEACH website (orangebeach.co.uk). This applies unless Special Terms (as stated in a Contract) have been agreed and approved by both parties.

ORANGEBEACH Properties can not be responsible for arrangements made directly between an Agent/Owner and a client.
